» What time is check in and check out?
Guests are required to check out by 10.00 am on the day of departure, so that new guests may check in from 12.00 onwards.
» Is breakfast included in the room rate?
No it is not.

» What’s the booking procedure?
The preferred procedure is that guests book online here on our official site. Bookings made through this site are confirmed instantly by email, are thoroughly secure and carry our best rate guarantee.
» Why do I need a credit card in order to book?
Because we take no deposit, your card details are stored securely in our online system. In the unlikely event of a late cancellation or failure to show up, we reserve the right to charge your card for the first night of your booking.
» When is payment for the booking taken?
Upon checking out of our guest house guests may pay using the card that the booking was made with, cash, or another card.
» What’s the cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel, we require at least 24 hours notice. If your booking is for more than seven days we require at least 72 hours notice and reserve the right to charge 30% for a late cancellation. Full details are provided in your booking confirmation.
